Return & Exchange Policy

We start processing immediately we receive your order, hence ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please understand there will be NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. Our quality assurance and shipping section double check and inspect all orders carefully before it’s packed to ensure that its received in the best state hence NO RETURNS.

For customers outside Ghana;

Once an order has left our facility, we are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages in transit. In case you experience this we recommend you file a complaint or open a claim with the shipping company. Our maximum shipping period is 20 business days. We do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide us with correct address also if order is marked as delivered and you claim you have not received it.


We do not allow order cancellations after an order has been placed. Do not hesitate to send us an email if you have any issues concerning your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that may seem suspicious or fraudulent, to avoid running this risk please ensure billing and shipping match.
